Opted for a.m. training today. Perfect running weather - not sunny, cool, and breezy with a few instances of rain mist. Thanks Katrina! As soon as we picked it up Sarah doubled over and began dry heaving - she had a Wendy’s Frosty for dinner last night! (She should know better by now!) I am a horrible friend – I couldn’t contain my laughter – she looked like a cat trying to cough up a 7lb fur ball! Poor darling…she was able to hold it, but it was clear that she wasn’t feeling so hot. She toughed it out until we arrived at Carnival, where she “took care of business” and came back looking 10lbs lighter! But we lost all our momentum…the run back home was exhausting!
